Equine Photography

Having been asked to take pictures of horses by several people, last summer I decided to bite the bullet and shoot them. This proved far harder than shooting toddlers. Bribing them with food helped, reasoning with them didn’t. The pictures I had visualised prior to the shoot, involving two horses, didn’t work. Whilst they did go out hacking together, they weren’t close friends. I was told that horses have loving relationships with some and will tolerate or refuse to tolerate others.

Here are a few of the pictures of Spice and Dylan. Thanks to Sue and Peter for your help and of course, for your custom.
